Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 5802-Tanger Outlet Foley-Soma-Foley, AL. You will supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership duties to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Bring 2 years of retail management experience, a customer-centric mindset, and a flexible schedule. You will work on operations such as cash handling, inventory, and scheduling while promoting brand standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.

As a Sales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed. You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positive team culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support. As a role model for the team, you demonstrate a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.
