LOFT in Forsyth, GA is seeking a Sales Lead to guide customer experiences and support a high-energy team. You will collaborate with store leadership to onboard and develop staff, ensuring inclusive service and strong visuals while driving store performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, communication, and technology use to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within LOFT brands.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
