Job summary

Soma Costa Mesa is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional hospitality. You will guide daily operations, coach associates, and ensure a welcoming, customer-centered experience that reflects our brand values on the floor and across channels.

You’ll manage opening/closing tasks, merchandise replenishment, scheduling, and inventory control while staying knowledgeable on current promotions and store policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to build strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support while managing inventory and cash handling.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.
