Job summary

Chico's Outlet in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will shape a positive, customer-centered environment that goes beyond transactions to create memorable experiences reflecting our hospitality culture.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, provide coaching, and support scheduling while maintaining store operations and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed. You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positive team culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support. What you’ll bring to the role
