Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Junior or Senior year preferred).
• Strong interest in real estate, home sales, or construction industry.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

• Customer Engagement: Greet and engage prospective homebuyers.

The New Home Sales Internship Program with Ashton Woods is designed to give aspiring sales professionals an in-depth introduction to the new home sales process. Interns will work closely with our experienced sales team, gaining valuable insight into the homebuilding industry, sales strategies, and the customer buying experience. Qualifications
