Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking highly motivated candidates for its Sales Intern program, a full-time, paid summer internship that runs for 10–12 weeks starting in June 2027. Interns will gain hands-on experience in sales, customer interaction, and business acumen, with opportunities for continued placement after the internship.

Interns participate in projects across Otis lines—servicing, installing, and modernizing elevators—and work onsite at North American locations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Engineering
• Must remain enrolled in an accredited degree program following the internship start date in Summer 2027
• Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities

• Support growth in Otis lines by participating in sales-related projects
• Assist in understanding customer needs and internal coordination
