Job summary

PGIM is seeking motivated interns for a 10-week summer program in Newark, NJ (Hybrid). You will gain hands-on experience in business-to-business sales and shadow with the National Sales Desk and Internal Wholesalers.

Successful interns may return as interns or transition into a full-time role after program completion, with opportunities to apply for multiple roles during the recruitment season. Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor’s program or 5th year master’s program with a graduation

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s program or 5th year master’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position; US employment authorization is required.
• Preferred majors include Business, Economics, Finance, Financial Services, or related field of study.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in business-to-business sales and a consultative selling approach.
• Collaborate and shadow with the National Sales Desk and Internal Wholesalers to learn best practices.
• Support sales projects, research, and presentations to ensure successful execution of strategies.
• Partner with the broader Sales team to propose and implement process improvements.
