Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and sales certification modules before entering the field
• Shadow experienced reps and team leads in live neighborhoods
• Practice the pitch and objection handling with AI-powered coaching tools
• Speak with homeowners about fiber internet upgrades in assigned areas
• Learn how to qualify, present plans, and schedule installations
• Track activity and progress inside the company CRM
• Attend team meetings, field coaching sessions, and ride-alongs
