Federal Express Corporation is offering a FedEx Intern position in Milwaukee, WI with a hybrid work setup. You will work on projects to gain real-world experience in your field of study and support across business units.

The program runs as a 10-week internship from June 7th to August 13th. Pay is $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates, with a $2,000 relocation stipend for movers over 50 miles. No prior experience required.

As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study.

Essential Functions

• Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience.
• Participates in various networking and/or community service events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.

No experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently or as a part of a team.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills.

Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.

Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with across business units and to all levels of management.

Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

Availability to work 40 hours/week for a 10-week program, June 7th - August 13th. Resumes should include the following information: email address, telephone number, name of college/university, degree, major, GPA, date of intended graduation(month & year).

Interest in sales, supply chain, logistics and/or business development. Strong communication & relationship-building skills. Comfortable learning new technologies & using MS Office tools. Self-motivated, eager to learn in a customer focused environment.

Pay Transparency

Salary is $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates. A $2,000 stipend is available for those relocating over 50 miles for an onsite or hybrid internship or co-op experience.

This position will be hybrid in Milwaukee, WI and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius.
