Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college student or upcoming graduate with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day sales activities, including customer research and preparing sales materials.
• Collaborate with sales reps, account managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Observe customer interactions and learn how FedEx builds relationships and solves logistics challenges.
• Develop skills in prospecting, consultative selling, market analysis and presentations.
• Gain exposure to field sales by shadowing professionals and supporting territory planning.
• Participate in networking events and engage with senior leadership.
