Responsibilities

• Learn about the company’s products, services, and sales process.
• Contact prospective and current customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 in day-to-day operations.
• Daily time management: schedules and blocking off time are critical to prioritizing what gets done and when.
• Provide professional and timely customer service.
• Maintain organized electronic files, contact lists, and sales documents.
• Complete administrative tasks that support the sales team.
• Perform other related duties and special projects assigned.
• Assist with lead generation and business development.
