Orkin, a trusted pest control leader, is seeking an Orkin Sales Inspector who can connect with homeowners, build trust, and close deals. You will conduct full-home inspections and recommend treatment options, backed by a strong training program and the Orkin Guarantee.

This role offers uncapped earning potential, an average first year earnings range of 85,000 to 100,000 base plus commission, a company vehicle, paid training, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Comfort with climbing, crawling, and working outdoors.
• Willing to use PPE including respirator.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and propose treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation with an iPad.
• Work independently, manage schedule, and maximize leads.
