Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in Sterling Heights, MI. You will inspect homes from attic to crawl space, explain findings, and recommend treatments, turning visits into trusted protection for families.

You’ll manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on an iPad, work independently, and build a sales pipeline. The role offers top earning potential and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.

• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
