Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining a clean, safe store. You will support sales, handle cash, and promote loyalty programs within a team-focused environment.

Role includes food prep, product merchandising, and adherence to safety standards. Overnight differential applies for late shifts. 18+ with basic math skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Able to perform cash handling and balance till shifts.
• Experience with food prep and following recipes preferred.
• Understanding of store policies, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Able to operate POS terminals and basic equipment.
• Must be 18+ and have legal right to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items according to recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and enroll customers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to boost sales.
• Follow all policies and food safety standards during shifts.
• Balance cash at end of shift and manage register accurately.
• Monitor store appearance, stock shelves, and alert leadership to issues.
