Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is seeking a team member to deliver a fast, welcoming customer experience across sales, service, stock and fulfillment. You will help customers find great deals, assist at checkout, and keep the floor clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runwa y ready, and is sized and filled in through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
• Assist customers at cashiering with transactions across platforms (in-store, online, mobile) using a POS system
• Provide a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and returning clothing to the floor
• Keep the stockrooms organized and merchandise properly checked in and ticketed
• Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and adhere to operational standards
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards program
• Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders and prepare/shipment following quality standards
• Use inventory systems to process shipments and maintain clean selling floors and stockrooms
• Support events and backroom organization as needed
