Job summary

L&M Fleet Supply is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor in Detroit Lakes, MN to support the Store Manager with daily operations and staff supervision. You will guide employees, assist customers, and maintain a high level of professionalism to ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of supervisory or related experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. The role offers full-time hours and a flexible weekend rotation within a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience or 2 years in roles with more responsibility.
• Prior L&M Supply experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store employees and assist Store Manager with daily operations.
• Ensure customer service is a priority and resolve issues.
• Coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and assign tasks.

We are looking for someone who loves to supervise employees & store operations, loves to communicate with customers & likes to have fun at work, while getting things done. We are looking for someone with 2 years of L&M Supply experience in positions with more responsibility OR 2 years of related supervisory experience.

Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule: Flexible Work Schedule, Varied Shift Times, Every Other Weekend Rotation

Targeted Pay Range: $20-24 per hour.

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

What you’ll do in this role:

Our Sales Floor Supervisor is a member of our Store Management Team and will be supporting the Store Manager in the management of the store staff and daily operations. You must have previous experience in a supervisory role as you will be helping guide staff & customers and will need a higher level of professionalism. Additional role responsibilities include ensuring customer service is a priority, overseeing employee tasks & work assignments, resolving customer issues/concerns, ensuring policies & procedures, addressing employee issues, coaching, performance reviews, and other day to day tasks.
