Your Role

• Assisting with daily operations of the assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and troubleshooting issues at the front end or cash register as needed.
• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks and processing freight safely in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store (cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, ensuring all areas are neat and presentable).
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions while working the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting demands, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.
