Belk, Inc. is seeking a Selling Flex Associate in the United States. You will deliver a positive customer experience by greeting shoppers, assisting with merchandise selection, making product recommendations, and processing transactions.

This hourly role emphasizes relationship building, store presentation, and collaboration with store operations to meet goals. You’ll stay informed on products, promotions, and policies to help customers and contribute to a friendly, high-energy atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and drive to meet store objectives.
• Ability to learn and perform in role.
• Ownership of tasks and contributing to store success.
• Excellent communication.
• Comfort with technology.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Mobility around store and ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
