Paychex is expanding its PEO sales team and seeking a high-impact, network-driven seller to lead strategic conversations with C-suite and HR leaders. You will manage full-cycle sales for a bundled HR, payroll, and benefits solution, leveraging referrals and strategic partnerships.

You bring 5+ years of relevant sales experience, a consultative mindset, and a track record of closing high-value deals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional sales experience in PEO, HCM, BPO, staffing, or adjacent industries.
• Proven ability to sell in a consultative, relationship-driven environment with complex deals.
• Experience engaging executive-level buyers and navigating multi-stakeholder decisions.
• Strong network and ability to generate business through referrals and relationships.
• Trusted advisor mindset with credibility in risk, compliance, and workforce conversations.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

What It Takes to Win

• Proven ability to sell in a consultative, relationship-driven environment with complex deals
• Experience engaging executive-level buyers and navigating multi-stakeholder decisions
• Strong network and ability to generate business through referrals and relationships
• Trusted advisor mindset with credibility in risk, compliance, and workforce conversations
• High ownership, accountability, and drive to win in a competitive, high-value environment

PEO or HCM experience is a plus, not required.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• 5 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
