What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Identify and target new business opportunities for The Learning Institute
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the client base
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Provide expert consulting services to clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery of services and manage multiple projects
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services with a focus on business development
- Proven track record of successfully prospecting and acquiring new clients
- Strong understanding of the learning and development industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience selling Learning Management Systems, e-Learning, and/or custom training content
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
