Required: Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required. OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher’s Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required. OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.
Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC, or ARM.
Behaviors: Acts independently with minimal direction; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Base salary range: $113,000.00 /yr – $220,500.00 /yr. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including experience, education, pay market, geography, and skill set. In addition to a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
