About the Role

We’re seeking a mission-driven, emotionally intelligent Sales Representative to lead our inbound sales process. This is more than a sales role—it’s about guiding people through some of life’s hardest decisions with compassion and clarity. You’ll respond to leads from caregivers, independent users, and providers (such as memory care communities), walk them through the benefits of EVY, and empower them to take action confidently with our 90-day risk-free trial and the EVY Impact Assessment.

You’ll also work closely with our Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure alignment across messaging, customer feedback loops, and performance optimization.

You’re a strong closer with a soft touch. You know how to guide someone through a tough decision—especially when it’s about a loved one’s well-being. You communicate clearly, listen deeply, and meet objections with empathy. You thrive in phone-based consultative sales, especially in health or wellness fields, and you’re looking for purpose in your pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full inbound sales funnel from initial contact to close.
  • Respond promptly and warmly to inquiries—many of whom are caregivers in distress.
  • Conduct discovery calls that balance technical clarity with emotional understanding.
  • Navigate conversations across three key personas: caregivers, independent users, and provider organizations.
  • Translate complex science into plainspoken benefits tied to real-life challenges.
  • Educate prospects about our 90-day trial and how the EVY Impact Assessment tracks progress in mood, memory, sleep, focus, and energy.
  • Address hesitations with honesty, compassion, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of sales activity in HubSpot and Aircall.
  • Surpass monthly sales targets while remaining aligned with our values of empathy, trust, and customer empowerment.
  • Share insights from customer conversations to help us continuously improve.
  • Collaborate regularly with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to optimize lead quality, inform feature development, and refine sales strategy.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3-5 years full-cycle sales experience, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or medical device sales.
  • Demonstrated success in a phone-based consultative sales role.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and Aircall (or similar systems).
  • Proven ability to explain complex information simply and with care.
  • A natural sense of empathy—especially when engaging with caregivers or users with cognitive concerns.
  • Skilled at balancing urgency with sensitivity when closing.
  • High integrity and a belief in selling solutions that genuinely help.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in direct-to-consumer wellness tech or digital health.
  • Familiarity with Alzheimer’s, dementia, ADHD, or MCI landscapes.
  • Experience selling to caregivers, older adults, provider organizations, or users with cognitive challenges.
  • Consultative sales training (e.g., SPIN Selling, Sandler, Challenger).
