About the Role
We’re seeking a mission-driven, emotionally intelligent Sales Representative to lead our inbound sales process. This is more than a sales role—it’s about guiding people through some of life’s hardest decisions with compassion and clarity. You’ll respond to leads from caregivers, independent users, and providers (such as memory care communities), walk them through the benefits of EVY, and empower them to take action confidently with our 90-day risk-free trial and the EVY Impact Assessment.
You’ll also work closely with our Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure alignment across messaging, customer feedback loops, and performance optimization.

You’re a strong closer with a soft touch. You know how to guide someone through a tough decision—especially when it’s about a loved one’s well-being. You communicate clearly, listen deeply, and meet objections with empathy. You thrive in phone-based consultative sales, especially in health or wellness fields, and you’re looking for purpose in your pipeline.
