About You:

  • You have 3-6 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, with a proven track record of closing large and complex deals.
  • You excel in fast-paced environments, working independently and proactively to achieve sales goals.
  • You possess strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • You bring a data-driven mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a knack for identifying business opportunities.
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree, ideally in business or a related field.
  • You are confident managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

  • You will identify and engage potential clients with 500+ employees through strategic prospecting and networking.
  • You will consult with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and recommend tailored HR software solutions.
  • You will conduct in-person and virtual product presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of the company’s offerings.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and stakeholders.
  • You will consistently track sales activity, pipeline status, and results using CRM tools.
  • You will prepare accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • You will collaborate with client services and implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • You will provide mentorship and support to less experienced sales team members when needed.
  • You will uphold ethical business practices and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

What You Will Need:

  • 3-6 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on consultative selling.
  • A history of successfully managing and closing complex sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce for tracking sales activities and forecasts.
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs and identify new sales opportunities.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
