About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Estimator to meet with homeowners, assess remodeling needs, and develop project proposals. This is a client-facing role focused on relationship-building, detailed estimating, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners for kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling projects
• Develop and present accurate project estimates and proposals
• Manage and track leads through CRM software
• Communicate project scope clearly to clients and internal teams
• Close sales effectively and contribute to revenue growth
• Collaborate closely with design and project management staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential remodeling sales
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and client relationships concurrently
• Detail-oriented and proficient with CRM tools and estimating software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be based in or near Rockville, MD – This is an on-site role. Applicants must reside in the United States.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in construction cost estimating
• Familiarity with local building codes and permit processes
