Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking an Entry Level Sales Rep in Massachusetts to kick-start a career in residential solar sales. No prior experience required, as paid training and ongoing support are provided.

You will generate qualified homeowner leads, schedule information sessions, and serve as a product consultant to help customers understand solar options. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, goal-driven, and willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Be self-driven and highly motivated.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Have a cell phone with data and internet.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Some roles may require a clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential solar energy systems.
• Schedule prospective customers for a free information session.
• Serve as a consultant and provide useful product knowledge to qualifying homeowners.
