Job summary

KIOSK Information Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with Sales to translate customer needs into manufacturable, self-service kiosk solutions.

You will work across Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to design standard and custom kiosk offerings. Ideal candidates have hardware product development or contract manufacturing experience, strong CAD familiarity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while learning new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years in manufacturing, hardware engineering, or technical sales.
• Familiarity with Creo/ProE or SolidWorks CAD software.
• Ability to learn new component technology and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities for standard and custom kiosk solutions.
• Lead technical discoveries with customers on requirements.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and engineering estimates.
• Create preliminary cost models, BOM assumptions, and pricing inputs.
• Review drawings, CAD models, and specs to support development and costing.
