We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis.

A successful candidate will:

Identify, develop and close sales opportunities with prospective and existing customers by promoting our products and services.

Develop a strong understanding of B2B sales and related trends and the challenges faced by B2B manufacturers

Setup and manage tasks to improve current processes and tools.

Work closely with Marketing and other members of the Sales team to share insights to help inform the constant improvement of our sales process, materials, positioning, messaging, etc.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain demos and other tools to showcase the value and differentiation of Aleran’s platform.

Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders with prospective customers.

Deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers.

Work with customers to ensure that they receive a high level of customer service and support.

Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

Minimum of five years experience in software sales, preferably SaaS.
Familiarity with B2B sales processes is preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of SaaS, iPaaS, and related technologies is preferred.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Experience with consultative selling and solution department.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to travel as needed.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, employees, or senior management.
