• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field as listed.
• Capable of working 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Demonstrates efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interested in commercial strategy, sales, or product management.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining sales enablement tools, resources, and reference materials.
• Help organize and maintain commercial data used by sales and customer-facing teams.
• Research and update competitive product cross-reference tools.
• Analyze competitor products, features, applications, and marketing positioning.
• Assist in preparing competitive insights for sales and leadership.
• Develop knowledge of trench drainage, interceptor, and related product solutions.
• Learn key product features, specifications, installation requirements, and applications.
• Participate in commercial process improvement initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to customer experience and commercial processes.
