Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Specialist to promote Spectrum’s Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice products to both existing and new customers. You will be the face of the brand in store locations, delivering exceptional customer care and driving sales.

The role requires strong communication, tech comfort, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, with a focus on meeting goals and delivering a positive in-store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Strong reading/writing/speaking English and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
