Job summary

Schank Family Law in Riverside, CA is seeking a dedicated Sales/Intake Specialist to join our team. You will provide case evaluations to prospective clients regarding their Family Law matter and manage the intake process, ensuring information is collected accurately.

You will work with the intake team to field inbound calls, promote paid consultations, and document notes in our CRM with meticulous detail. Excellent communication and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in some sort of sales position preferred (any sales: door-to-door sales, car sales, software sales, etc.).
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with prospective clients and staff.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain updated and accurate notes in our CRM.
• Ability to work collaboratively within our intake team while also being self-motivated.
• SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. This position is for someone to immediately start fielding inbound sales calls and will require someone who has sales skills (follow-ups, overcoming objections, closing, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Screen and qualify prospective client phone calls and provide a Family Law case evaluation.
• Gather essential information from clients, including legal issues, financial situation, and desired outcomes.
• Actively promote paid consultations as the first step towards resolving legal matters
• Clearly articulate the benefits of hiring the firm and the value of a consultation.
• Address client objections and concerns effectively, emphasizing the firm's expertise and commitment to client success.
• Build rapport and trust with potential clients through empathetic and informative conversations.
• Reach out to internal prospective client leads via email/phone.
• Meticulously keep track of leads and prospective client progress using our custom CRM system.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
