What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive sales growth by identifying and closing contracts for BPO solutions, exceeding sales targets
- Build and nurture a sales pipeline through well-orchestrated inbound and outbound prospecting campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and meticulous tracking of leads and opportunities in the CRM platform
- Foster strong relationships with enterprise clients and coordinate resources for new business opportunities
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and maintain proactive engagement with clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-8+ years of experience, including at least 5 years of enterprise sales experience with midsize to large corporations
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and successfully build relationships with enterprise clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation capabilities
- Proficient in using CRM, sales engagement, and marketing automation tools

- Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sales experience
- Experience in selling "gig-economy" concepts, particularly home-based agent models
- Expertise in selling into verticals such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, and retail

- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote work environment
