This is a key leadership opportunity for an accomplished sales professional who is equally motivated by business growth and meaningful impact. The Sales Director will lead Relay’s revenue growth strategy across its three social enterprises: Building Solutions, Supply Chain Solutions, and Document Solutions. This leader will own the overall sales strategy, pipeline, forecasting, performance metrics, and revenue growth while coaching and developing a team of Account Managers.
At Relay, revenue growth has a larger purpose. The Sales Director will help translate new business opportunities into meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, ensuring Relay’s mission remains at the center of its growth strategy.

The successful Sales Director will be a commercially driven leader who is hungry to grow the business while deeply connected to Relay’s mission. They will bring structure and strategy to the sales function, know how to use data to drive decisions, hold a team accountable to ambitious goals, and understand how sales performance connects to financial and operational outcomes.
Just as importantly, this leader will be a strong listener and collaborative partner who takes the time to understand the business before jumping to solutions.
