Job summary

Pacific Office Automation in Medford, OR is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative to learn the ropes of B2B sales and build a robust pipeline.

You'll start with coaching, outbound calling and emailing, and progress toward full-cycle Account Executive roles as you hit targets and develop relationships with clients. In-office collaboration supported by award-winning training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).
• High energy, strong communication, and competitive mindset.
• Entrepreneurial drive and desire to control your income.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

• Entrepreneurial drive and desire to control your income
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

A background in athletics or campus leadership is a plus.

Compensation & Perks

• First-year OTE: $65,000+ with top reps earning $100,000+
• Uncapped commission and a non-recoverable draw while you ramp
