We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Development Representative to support growth within an assigned region. This role reports to the Senior Regional Sales Director and is responsible for generating qualified opportunities for the sales team through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and early‑stage client engagement.
This role is focused on identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and scheduling qualified meetings for the regional sales team across our staging, luxury lease furniture rentals, and related service offerings. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, high activity levels, disciplined CRM usage, and the ability to operate in a metrics‑driven sales environment.
Each sales role at Vesta has a defined performance expectation. This role is responsible for achieving activity and opportunity‑generation targets assigned to the position. Roles within the sales organization are differentiated by quota level, account responsibility, and scope, with performance expectations aligned to the level of the role.
