A dynamic fintech firm in Salt Lake City is looking for a Recruiter to scale their Sales Development team. This role involves developing hiring strategies, engaging with candidates, and attending career fairs. Candidates should have at least 2 years of recruiting experience and a degree in Human Resources. This is a hybrid position requiring two days in-office each week, with flexible remote options available.

As a Recruiter on the Business Recruiting team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our Sales Development team, a critical business function of our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. You will work closely with hiring managers to create the strategy and roadmap to attract the best talent to Brex. You’ll also play a key role in building and strengthening university partnerships, helping to develop a strong pipeline of early-career talent. This is an opportunity to be a trusted advisor, drive impactful hiring strategies, and shape the future of our workforce. This is a 12‑month contract with opportunity for full‑time conversion.
This role will be based in our Salt Lake City office. We are a hy‑brid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, we will require three days per week in office – Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!
The expected salary range for this role is $85,600 – $107,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
