Mercury General seeks an agency relations professional to maintain and expand the company’s ties with the agency force in a designated territory. You will serve as the main liaison, train agents on Mercury products and processes, and help drive growth and profitability through strong field relationships.
Travel is a significant part of the role, with 50% of work time in transit to agencies. A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years in marketing and/or underwriting are preferred, with flexibility
The primary job function is to maintain and build the relationship between the Company and the agency force in an assigned territory. Serves as the primary liaison to the agency force and trains agents on Company systems, products and processes.
Must be willing to travel airline and/or automobile at least 50% of work time to agencies within the assigned region and must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record to use a Company car.
