Job summary

FASTSIGNS Burien-West Seattle in Burien, WA is hiring a Junior Sales Assistant, also called a Sales Designer, to propose designs, estimate orders, and coordinate with design, production, and install teams.

No prior sign industry experience required; we offer thorough training through FASTSIGNS International University and on-the-job training, a base hourly rate of $21–$23, performance bonuses, and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Make communication a top priority with customers face to face and follow up by phone, text, or email.
• Field inbound calls and emails from clients and prospects, assess needs and sales opportunities.
• Write up estimates and orders and communicate with design, production, and install teams to deliver quality products.
• Assist the sales, design, and production/install teams to meet clients' needs; work closely with a small team.
• Work with people across industries to provide solutions that impact their workplace.
• Use creativity to recommend the best visual communication solutions to clients.
