HermanMiller is seeking a Sales & Design Specialist to guide clients through a personalized journey, blending design sensibility with consultative selling to create spaces that support wellness and productivity.

You will report to the General Manager and play a key role in driving store success, acting as a trusted advisor and design consultant for clients who value quality, ergonomics, and timeless style.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools.

• Ability to lift/move items over 20 lbs and adhere to safety protocols
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed

Compensation range for this role is $20.00 - $21.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
