Job summary

Tuff Shed is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive retail sales of sheds, garages, and custom buildings for residential and commercial customers. You will work directly with customers, helping them solve storage needs with our quality products.

The role includes a paid training period and an hourly base with commission. First-year earnings can reach $55,000–$75,000 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell and close deals with residential or commercial customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Comfort with learning new software and using computers for sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product features, close sales, and perform site checks.

• Serve as the customer’s contact from sale through installation.
• Assist with permits and liaise with local HOAs as required.

Tuff Shedis recruiting for a motivated salesprofessional who has the drive to build strong relationships with customers and commercial accounts. We offer a paid training periodand commission program with an hourly base.

We are seeking high-energy and self-motivating individuals. You will be responsible for the retail sales of Tuff Shed products and services to residential and commercial customers. You will work directly with customers, helping them solve their storage solutions with our high-quality sheds, garages, and custom buildings.

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product and option features, close the sale, and perform site checks (as required)
• Cultivate new sales leads driven by company sponsored advertising & marketing
• Act as the customer's point of contact from the sale to installation
• Assist customers by pulling permits (as required) and liaise with local HOAs
• Develop product knowledge to successfully convey the Tuff Shed advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Confidence, motivation, and a passion for building relationships
• An eye for design
• The ability to listen to customers and address their needs
• Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software

Job Requirements

• A current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
