Job summary

Cerebral Brewing is seeking a full-time Sales Delivery Driver to service wholesale accounts and ensure accurate, reliable delivery execution. You will engage customers, maintain relationships, and handle loading/unloading of kegs and cases with safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes independence, decision-making in the field, and adherence to delivery standards, with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Candidates should have 1 year of van/truck driving experience and a valid license.

Qualifications

• One year of experience driving a van or truck preferred.
• ABT certification must be obtained within first 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record in the last 3 years and no DUI/DWI within 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to routine account questions; escalate issues to Sales Manager.
• Adhere to Cerebral Delivery Standards and maintain delivery accuracy.
• Document relevant information in CRM and communicate account needs to Sales Manager.
• Rotate inventory and front-face cans at accounts.
• Deliver samples and collect empty kegs.
• Collect checks and safely return them to the brewery.
• Support internal logistics drive once per week (taproom transfers, stock), and assist with off-site pickups.
• Operate company vehicles safely per policies and keep vehicles tidy.
• Load/unload delivery vans and verify proper loading before departures.

Job Overview

Cerebral Brewing is looking for a motivated full time Sales Delivery Driver to deliver to our wholesale accounts. This role plays a key part in the success of the sales program by providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong account relationships, and ensuring accurate and reliable delivery execution. This is a fast-paced position that involves lifting, lowering, and carrying kegs and cases. It is ideal for someone who is dependable, flexible, and enjoys working independently and making sound decisions in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to routine account questions or concerns; elevate sales, pricing, product, or account-management issues to the Sales Manager
• Adhere to all Cerebral Delivery Standards, including connecting with customers, maintaining delivery accuracy, and communicating account and industry information
• Communicate account needs, concerns, reorders, and relevant customer or industry feedback to the Sales Manager, and accurately document relevant information in the CRM
• Rotate inventory and front-face cans at accounts
• Deliver samples and collect empty kegs
• Collect checks and safely return to brewery
• One day per week Internal Logistics Driving: support taproom transfers, unload and stock product in taproom cold boxes, and pick up raw materials, kegs, and other materials from off-site suppliers and storage locations as needed
• Operate company vehicles in accordance with company safety policies & procedures, while maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the vehicles
• Physically load and unload delivery vans while dealing with obstacles such as curbs, docks, tight parking lots, etc. Verify truck/van is loaded accurately before leaving with deliveries for the day

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting professionally and confidently with customers in a variety of settings
• Represent Cerebral Brewing professionally when interacting with customers
• Excellent oral communication skills
• One year of experience driving a van or truck preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a history of no suspensions or at fault accidents within the last three years, no DUI/DWI within the past seven years
• Must get ABT certification within first 30 days of employment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift and/or move 25lb cases and lift and/or move 165lb kegs
• Frequent maneuvering in and out of delivery vehicles
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Compensation & Benefits

• $21 / hr
