Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field and two years of experience, plus proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau, data modeling, and BI-driven process automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field and two years of applicable experience.
• Experience with Alteryx and Tableau for data manipulation and visualization.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to extract and upload data.
• Experience in data modeling and data reconciliation.
• Strong communication across teams; process automation experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and SIE required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update institutional databases across data streams.
• Query, organize, and manipulate large data sets from internal and external sources.
• Coordinate with Public Investing Portfolio Managers and Institutional Sales to ensure data completeness.
• Leverage BI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy of data processes.
• Conduct BI and data analytics to generate institutional sales leads and insights.
