Job summary

Belk is hiring a Selling Flex Associate to deliver a positive customer experience by assisting with merchandise selection, making product recommendations, and processing transactions. This hourly role drives sales and supports store objectives, while maintaining displays and collaborating with store operations.

You will greet customers, build relationships, stay informed about promotions, and participate in stock replenishment and loss prevention.

Qualifications

Dedication to customer service and a drive to achieve store objectives.
Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to store success.
Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems.
Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by assisting with merchandise selection and product recommendations.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain visually appealing selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and stock replenishment.
Support store operations with fulfillment, pricing, and promotional sets.
