Qualified Candidates

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Great people skills and ability to establish positive relationships with guests
• Supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, making clients feel valued and understood
• Educate clients on services, promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program, book future appointments, and encourage retail purchases based on provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts
