A few details about the role :

  • Maintain and/or improve occupancy levels and revenue in accordance with marketing and business plans, including completing sales calls and closing sales.
  • Achieve individual sales goals and targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and professional referral sources to generate leads.
  • Provide outstanding service to prospects by creating a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every prospect, maintaining solid product knowledge, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members and management to plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect and referral source activities and events.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans with the sales team to achieve community occupancy goals.
  • Maintain prospect interest and commitments through continuous follow-up.

And here’s what you need to apply :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is highly preferred; an associate degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Five years of sales experience; experience within a senior living environment is preferred.
