Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in California. You will drive sales through merchandising programs, coordinate inventory, and manage product presentations.

You will also deliver excellent customer service, maintain plan-o-grams, and support daily store operations. The role includes responsibilities such as cycle counts, sign-age and pricing updates, and occasional cash handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Merchandiser preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs.
• Assist in ordering inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock adjustments; assist with inventory management.
• Plan and implement product presentations, signage and pricing.
• Display new products and manage markdowns per program.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer phones.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and safe work area; balance receipts if needed.
• May cross-train to perform other duties.
