Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a hotel sales or administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tame the paperwork jungle by expertly managing sales files, contracts, and client communications.
• Bridge teams and clients with ease, ensuring everyone is in sync and informed.
• Greet clients and team members with a friendly, professional touch and coordinate small group sales.
• Maintain schedule momentum on regular days, weekends, or holidays to cover hotel needs.
• Support achievement of departmental goals and sales milestones.
