Camping World seeks a Sales Coordinator to grow our team. You’ll drive sales through marketing and merchandising, help manage inventory, plan product placements, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You’ll balance daily receipts, maintain plan-o-grams, display new products, and support store operations with flexibility. The role offers full-time hours with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience as Assistant Merchandiser preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate and resolve issues professionally and tactfully.
• Ability to handle problems and facilitate successful outcomes.
• Flexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
