Job Title: Sales Administrator

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $25-28/hr. (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to support a growing sales and operations team at a leading industrial services company. This role is essential — it’s where the sales process begins — and is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and highly organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for initiating sales quotes and proposals.
  • Manage and organize all sales-related documentation (RFQs, POs, MSAs, job files, etc.)
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets with pricing, project, and proposal details.
  • Draft clear, professional proposals and business correspondence.
  • Route proposals to internal stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Coordinate communication for customer outreach and internal sales meetings.
  • Support monthly sales projections and reporting.
  • Respond to client questionnaires and compile bid packages.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales support, contract administration, or project coordination (preferably in industrial services or construction)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM or ACT! experience is a plus.
