Job summary

Chicken of the Sea Frozen Foods (COSFF) is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. Hybrid role at headquarters in El Segundo, CA with four days onsite and one day remote per week.

Salary range is $70,000-$80,000 (DOE). The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), SAP experience, and strong MS Office skills to drive customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Extensive SAP experience in order entry and inventory status.
  • Minimum 3 years of executive administrative experience with increasing responsibility and complexity.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send product samples to customers as needed.
  • Conduct research, develop content, and create effective sales presentations and reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives. This role requires a high level of initiative, organization, and professionalism, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Coordinator will interact with internal teams and external partners, including customers, and must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and exceptional attention to detail. This position plays a key role in supporting customer relationships, sales operations, and cross‑functional collaboration to help drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role based at our headquarters in El Segundo, California, with an expected schedule of four (4) days onsite and one (1) day remote per week. Salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 (DOE)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send product samples to customers as needed.
  • Conduct research, develop content, and create effective sales presentations and reports.

Minimum Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Extensive SAP experience in order entry and inventory status.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
