Overview

As Sales Coordinator, you’ll support our sales team by pairing customers with the best salesperson for them.

Your Role
  • You’ll set and confirm sales appointments for customers and technicians. You’ll answer, respond to, and follow up with calls and emails from customers and technicians. This includes looking at sales leads and scheduling and moving Sales Specialists around on the dispatch board. Sometimes, you’ll get 50-100 inbound/outbound calls daily, so things will stay interesting and exciting!
  • You’ll dive into sales appointments for more information. One of your biggest responsibilities will be helping our Sales Specialists who are out in the field. You’ll be the one who researches and collects the little details that could help make their calls successful!
  • You’ll dispatch salespeople. Your eye for detail is gonna come in handy here! One of your roles will be designating which Sales Specialist is best for which call. You’ll use the information you find to figure out the best match. This makes sure every call is given the maximum opportunity for success!
Responsibilities
  • Wednesday-Saturday 9:00AM-8:00PM shift.
  • Earn $45,000–$50,000 per year.
  • Work in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors that impact community safety and comfort.

  • You’re extremely detailed. You’ll have to listen closely for details to help you decide which Sales Specialist is best for each call. Is the customer a cat person or a dog person? Do they ride motorcycles? Who owns the home? Even if some of these things seem trivial, they can make all the difference in pairing up the right person with the right call!
  • You’re economic and resourceful. You’re great at researching and finding whatever you need to complete a task. You know how to keep the big picture in mind, and you have a talent for doing things in the most practical way possible.
  • You’re assertive and decisive. You’re not afraid to share your opinions, even if they’re not popular. You enjoy discussions with your team and recognize how disagreements can lead to better decisions and growth as a team! You’re not shy about giving and receiving feedback either (and you don’t take it personally).
  • You’re comfortable on the phone. There are a LOT of people out there who have phone anxiety, but not you! You can talk to anyone on the phone and get all the info you need to help them out. You’re also energetic and easy to talk to, and you know how to persuade others!
Qualifications

  • At least two years of related customer service experience in call center or appointment setting/coordination.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Attentive listening skills, sharp memory, detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and proactive execution.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be tenacious and assertive with a questioning mind.
  • Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language.
